Princeton Historic Home Makeover! Delightful Dining Room

We were thrilled to be invited to stage this home for Princeton’s historical hour tour. Built in the early 1920’s, this five-level fieldstone Normandy manor home had been the Johnson and Johnson legacy home. The house had undergone thoughtful restoration to add modern amenities while preserving architectural integrity.

We designed the furnishings to be classic and traditional in a very fresh, updated way. The arrangement of the furniture required a fresh approach due to the unusual layout of the rooms.  This dining room holds a reinvented classic double pedestal table with rounded dining chairs. Complimenting the home’s light fixtures, we added a touch of glam with the étagère, console, wall décor, blue-gray abstract area rug and accessories.
